OZOPLUS® is a module capable of generating up to 2.9 kg/hour of ozone and is portable. It only requires a 52 kW power supply.
Plug & Play
The unit is autonomous and only requires a power supply with a capacity of 60 kW and a cooling water tank (fresh or salt) less than 10 meters away.
Capacity 2.9 kg/h
Despite its small footprint (6 x 2.4 m), Ozoplus is capable of producing up to 2.9 kg/h of ozone at a 10% concentration.
Concentration up to 20% O₃ w/w
The higher the ozone concentration, the lower the oxygen consumption and the more efficient the transfer to water. Ozoplus can produce 1.3 kg/h of ozone at a concentration of 20%.
O₃ Pressure up to 3 bar
This pressure allows ozone to be injected directly into sea cages or freshwater flow (fish farming) without the need for pumps.
Modular (with or without Oxygen)
Both modules generate the oxygen that is then converted into ozone. Only one module is required if the client already has an oxygen supply.
Integrated Ozone-Water Transfer System
An integrated transfer system allows ozone to be injected into a water flow of up to 1,666 liters/sec without the need for pumps or retention tanks, even with dissolved solids up to 1 mm in diameter.
Automatic Dosing Control
A sensor powered by a solar panel and wirelessly connected to the Ozoplus allows control of ORP (mV) levels in the water using a PID algorithm that regulates ozone injection. The control console is a proprietary Android app running on a tablet wirelessly linked to the Ozoplus.
